As we continue to monitor the Coronavirus Pandemic, and navigate through this rapidly changing and uncertain time, the ADA (American Dental Association) and the CDC (Center for Disease Control) have directed us to use additional infection prevention and control practices, along with standard practices recommended as a part of routine dental healthcare delivery to all patients.
When scheduling or confirming an appointment, we ask that you inform our team if any of the following pertain to you:
• If you are feeling ill, experience symptoms of runny nose, cough, sore throat, fatigue, muscle aches, fever, or shortness of breath;
• If you or a family member, is a subject to quarantine due to travel restrictions or have been in contact with someone who is;
• If you have tested positive for COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has tested positive for or has a ‘suspected’ positive case.
In order to reduce risk for everyone, we ask that you try to bring only the patient who currently has an appointment to the office.
In additional effort to minimize foot traffic in our reception area, we ask that you call or text us before coming in for your appointment.
We want to ensure all our patients that our practice strictly adheres to, and exceeds, the standards for infection control. Every effort we have in place is to ensure the safety of our patients and our team. These standards include personal protective equipment, hospital-grade disinfectants, hospital-grade sterilization, and single-use disposable materials.
